InfantSEE
Accent Eye Care and Sports Vision Therapy offers a wide range of family vision care that isn’t just for adults. Dr. Gong, a founding committee member of the InfantSEE program, (a no-cost, public, infant eye care service to all patients between the ages of 6 and 12 months), provides excellent infant care in Arizona and recommends scheduling your baby’s first eye assessment as early as 6 months of age, even if there are no apparent eye or vision problems. We pride ourselves on family vision care at our office and want only the best treatment for your child.
These problems are not common, but it is important to identify children who have them at this young age. Vision development and eye health problems are easier to correct if infant eye care begins early. Accent Eye Care and Sports Vision Therapy is a participating member of the InfantSEE® program which is a public health program managed by Optometry Cares® – the AOA Foundation. The program is designed to ensure that eye and vision care becomes an essential part of infant wellness care to improve a child’s quality of life. Under this program, we can provide a comprehensive infant eye assessment between 6 and 12 months of age at no cost to the parents.
